We have an opportunity for a Composite Race Support Manager to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.
* Lead the Composite Race Support Team, setting clear goals and performance indicators and ensure all components are assembled to the highest standards, in line with engineering specifications
* Streamline assembly processes to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness and collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve assembly challenges
* Work with engineering to define appropriate repair schemes and monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments to meet delivery and turnaround schedules
* Deliver training sessions to enhance the skill set of team members
* Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols and foster a team environment that promotes innovation and accountability

What do you need to bring to the team?
* Proven experience in a managerial role related to composite assembly and repair within the motorsport or automotive sectors
* In-depth understanding of composite production and assembly processes
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team and excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications and proficient in using work allocation tools and relevant software
* Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality; recent trackside experience within Formula 1 is preferred
