Location: Thorpe Park Hours: Full time, part time, weekends & holidays Contract Type: Seasonal, until November 2025 As a VIP host you will be reporting in to the VIP Lead as well as the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be in a front-line position providing excellent customer service whilst also delivering memorable experiences. You will assist in maintaining our high service standards, by upholding a strong level of knowledge of the park and the attractions within. Your role as a VIP host will be: To ensure a seamless, smooth guest journey from their arrival onto the resort to their exit by providing high level of customer service in line with company values You will play a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for our VIP Guests. To assist with the department’s mission to achieve a positive customer feedback through internal and external captures. To deliver both VIP entry and experience packages to support all targets set by the business. To support the wider Resort through our multi-skilling programme. Support product development and contribute new ideas to continually drive the department. No previous experience required, just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
