Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience in 3rd-line support Ability to build Power Apps and work confidently with ERP, ideally Epicor data Familiarity with Microsoft security stack including Defender, MFA, and Conditional Access Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD Experience managing MSPs, including SLAs and ticket quality Knowledge of baseline cyber frameworks such as Cyber Essentials and ISO Proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX fundamentals Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms Experience in application development with Power Apps or equivalent low-code platforms Knowledge of REST API integration and UX best practices SQL literacy, including views, joins, and performance awareness Understanding of manufacturing concepts such as BOMs, routings, and work centres Comfortable documenting systems and creating repeatable runbooks Responsibilities: Manage 3rd-line support and IT operations Take ownership of escalations without simply passing tickets Improve cybersecurity measures and reduce risks Implement controls and ensure security is integrated into deliverables Design a single source of truth for data using Power BI and Fabric Develop internal and customer-facing applications using Power Apps Integrate REST APIs and maintain a user-friendly experience Document systems and processes for better knowledge capture Create effective runbooks for team reference and operations Extract and report ERP data for forecasting and analysis Technologies: API Azure DAX ERP Fabric Support Microsoft 365 Power BI REST SQL Security Windows Office 365 UX UI Design Cloud ETL Firewall Power Query More: We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to building a robust IT infrastructure.
