Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
London (Various Sites Sout and South West London) Up to £45’000 + Bonus and overtime
A large multinational company is looking Maintenance Engineers to join their team. The position will be on the day shift 8am to 4:30pm for a reactive facilities management contracts.
Candidates will Ideally be expected to fully multi-skill across all disciplines within reason, lots of basic electrical work, plumbing, door handle lock replacements etc (general maintenance). You will be appointed as the lead at 2 buildings and will be fully accountable for PPM and Reactive task delivery, plant room housekeeping, logbook records etc.
Key Responsibilities
* To complete assigned PPM tasks on time with adequate record keeping, and to deliver Reactive Maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations.
Operational Responsibilities
* To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels
* To carry out Reactive Maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and timeframes.
* To support the Management Team in all aspects of delivering the FM services contract
