Our local authority client in Surrey is seeking an interim Health & Safety Environmental Health Officer to support their Corporate Health & Safety function for the next 6 months.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling union queries and issues.
* Implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
* Reviewing and establishing a comprehensive Health and Safety strategy.
* Preparing and managing Health & Safety arrangements for all council activities.
* Monitoring and reporting on accidents and incidents through internal procedures.
