About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-tenanted commercial building.
* Lead the mobilisation of tenants, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional experiences
* Oversee daily operations, including financial management, budget control, and compliance with H&S regulations
* Manage relationships with contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Maintain regular communication with tenants, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
You will be responsible for implementing operational excellence, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience managing multi-occupied commercial properties
* Strong leadership and team motivation skills
* Solid financial management and budget control
* Understanding of hard services and contractor management
* Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
* Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
* ESG exposure and project management skills
