Generate and qualify new business leads through research, social media, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and determine sales readiness.
Support the internal and external sales teams by sharing qualified leads and customer insights.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, analysing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with company objectives.
Stay current with industry trends, products, and process instrumentation solutions.

Previous experience in lead generation, sales and marketing, lead development specialist, sales lead generation, or a similar commercial role within engineering or instrumentation.
Technical understanding of process instrumentation, sensors, valves, pressure, temperature, level, flow, analytical, or similar mechanical engineering products.
Previous background within sales and marketing.
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and analytical skills.
Proactive, organised, and tenacious approach to finding and developing new business.
Must be easily commutable to Manchester
