Seven Social Care are currently recruiting for a Business Manager to start a new role in Oldham.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced business manager for a large nursing and care home in Oldham. The home has been through a recent change of ownership and needs an update on all business processes to achieve its full potential.
This is a full time temporary role for 3 – 6 months with the view of extending.
Responsibilities
Accountable for all non-care/clinical aspects of a location and service provision supporting positive outcomes and meeting/exceeding customer expectations.
Delivery of a service which is economically viable and where resources are managed effectively supporting a sustainable business model.
Identifying and developing systems and operating procedures across the breadth of the home and using change methodologies to embed them.
Develop and embed internal governance systems, monitoring and assurance reports and systems
Applicant Requirements:
Experience: Experience of managing a budget and working to a business plan.
Compliance: Enhanced Adults DBS, Right to Work in the UK
Hours: 37 hours a week
