As Clinical Lead Optometrist, your role is to:

11. Set accurate recall types and timings collaboratively with patients

Advanced & Specialist Eyecare
You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in, lead, or develop services such as:

Leading the Practice Team
As Clinical Lead, you’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to:
26. Ensure clinical support teams are well trained and confident
27. Drive a culture of customer delight and professionalism
28. Support efficient practice administration and governance
Leading the Clinical Team
You’ll be a clinical role model and mentor, responsible for:
29. Keeping the clinical team aligned, supported, and up to date
30. Delivering regular clinical one-to-ones
31. Sharing best practice with Clinical Leads across the Eyesite group
32. Supporting recruitment and development of future talent
