Overview
We are working with an inspiring, self-made UHNW entrepreneur in the wellness space, who has built and successfully exited a globally recognised brand and now oversees a significant and growing investment portfolio. This newly created Property Director position will sit at the heart of the Principal’s private real estate operations, overseeing a multi-asset property portfolio and major development activity.
This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen alongside a highly hands-on approach. The Property Director will act as the Principal’s representative across key projects, ensuring standards are upheld, timelines are met, and the Principal’s interests are protected at all times. The role will be particularly focused on Manchester-based assets, including a major hospitality collaboration project, while also overseeing international residences and refurbishment works.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial judgement with a genuine passion for luxury property. They will be confident attending meetings and representing the Principal, while also being deeply involved in the day-to-day detail of each residence. This role requires someone who notices everything, from the quality of finishes and lighting to the condition of the grounds and the smallest operational details. They will work closely with in-house teams at each property and manage external contractors for renovation and improvement projects. This is a truly hands-on role, perfect for someone who takes pride in immaculate standards and enjoys being personally involved in the upkeep, enhancement, and performance of high-end properties.
