Brand Lead – Pharmaceutical Division Reading (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Permanent
We’re seeking a strategic and driven Brand Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong heritage in prescription healthcare and a growing footprint across the UK.
This is a key role within the team, responsible for driving brand performance across the UK & Ireland. You’ll lead the development and execution of targeted, compliant, and impactful marketing strategies that support both commercial and clinical objectives.
Own and execute the brand strategy for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products
Develop and implement UK&I campaigns aligned with global direction and local market needs
Work closely with medical, regulatory, and sales teams to deliver effective, compliant messaging
Lead educational initiatives and content for healthcare professionals in the primary care setting
Analyse market data, clinical trends, and performance KPIs to refine strategy and optimise ROI
5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or brand management experience
~ Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive projects through to execution
~ Strong analytical skills, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
