An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Support Worker to join our well established Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team based in Nottinghamshire. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and energy who wants to make a difference to people’s lives; is creative, innovative and highly motivated.
ICATT provides a rapid, short term assessment and treatment service for people with an Intellectual Disability who challenge services and may have additional mental health needs. The team seeks to provide an alternative to hospital admission where appropriate, enabling service users to receive treatment and care within their own homes, remain involved in their care as part of their own community and therefore minimising the disruption of their lives and the lives of those caring for them.
