* ResponsibleforallaspectsofContentiousProbateLitigationworkandonoccasions,whereappropriateprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers
* Abilitytomanageappropriatecaseloadtypesandcomplexities
* AssistingwithcaseworkincludingdealingwitharangeofContentiousProbateLitigationcasesincluding:InheritanceDependantsAct1975claims;Proprietaryestoppelclaims;WilldisputeschallengingWillsonthebasisofcapacity;duressandforgery;RemovingExecutorsintheirrolesforfailuretoadministertheestate;Devastavitclaims.
