to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen strategic partnerships across the UK. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Enterprise Sales function, responsible for overseeing Heads of Sales, Account Managers, and Support Executives. You’ll be the driving force behind new loan originations, revenue growth, and risk mitigation—while building lasting relationships with dealers, vendors, and business partners. As a member of the NextGear Capital Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of the business and representing NextGear across the wider Cox Automotive organisation. What You’ll Be Doing Lead & Develop : Inspire and manage a team of sales leaders and account professionals to deliver against ambitious revenue and EBITDA targets. Drive Growth : Build and execute strategic sales plans to attract new customers and deepen existing relationships. Collaborate & Influence : Work cross-functionally with Credit, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless delivery and portfolio performance. Represent the Brand : Present at major industry and internal events, translating complex strategies into clear, actionable insights. Portfolio Oversight : Monitor and manage customer portfolios, ensuring utilisation, risk control, and proactive engagement. Strategic Partnerships : Maintain and grow relationships with key vendors, auctions, and dealer networks.
