Person-Centred, Community-Focused The people we support lead vibrant lives full of activity, connection and joy. From bowling and singing to gardening and community events, your role will involve encouraging and supporting each person to stay active, involved and engaged. We believe support doesn t stop at the front door. A key part of your role will be developing our Everyone Everywhere initiative, raising awareness of MacIntyre within the local community and supporting people to take part, contribute and feel truly included. You ll also play a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing, noticing and responding to any changes in health needs with care and sensitivity. Who We're Looking For We re looking for someone with experience supporting people with learning disabilities, who brings a warm, patient and person-centred approach. You ll be confident working independently as well as part of a team, and able to support others through reflection, encouragement and clear communication.
