As the main contact for our SME clients, you'll ensure they get top-notch service and support for their IT and infrastructure needs. Your technical know-how and excellent communication will play a vital role in helping clients use technology to improve their business operations. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with clients as the main point of contact, understanding their unique business needs. Expertly guide clients in transitioning to Microsoft 365 and Google services for efficient cloud adoption. Offer expert advice on utilizing Microsoft and Google services to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Proactively address technical issues in clients' IT infrastructure, coordinating with our technical teams for swift resolutions. Lead smooth onboarding for new clients, conducting training on Microsoft 365/Google tools. Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding IT services in existing accounts. Generate regular reports on Microsoft 365/Google service performance, providing insights and recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends for informed recommendations to clients. Requirements: Proven background in technical account management or a client-facing role in IT services. Experience with SMEs is crucial, and education sector experience is a plus. Familiarity with Managed Service Provider sector is highly desirable. Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of other IT services and technologies is a bonus. Effective verbal and written communication skills, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
