Responsibilities

* Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or public relations issues professionally.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
Experience
* Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a similar industry or organisation.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with digital content strategies.
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
* Ability to analyse data using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
