Lead Transactional Finance Officer £30,450 per annum Macclesfield - Agile (offering a mix of office and home working) Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week Closing Date: Sunday 25th May 2025 Were a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Were ambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We provide housing to those in housing need and aim to be a great landlord for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable function, cash and bank reconciliations and rent interfaces. From time to time you will also support the other financial transactional processes across the Trust, including the Accounts Receivable function. Whilst undertaking day to day transactional activities, the role involves leading x2 Finance Assistants in ensuring the AP ledger is maintained and developed to promote accurate reporting and provide an efficient service.
