The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, you’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate internal teams and suppliers, maintain documentation, and keep clients informed through clear communication and regular progress updates.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver IT projects within scope, time, and budget
* Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Control budgets and ensure quality standards
* Maintain accurate project reports and documentation
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ IT project management experience (MSP background a plus)
* Strong technical understanding of IT systems/infrastructure
* Skilled in MS Project, Trello, or similar tools
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proven ability to manage budgets and mitigate risks
Desirable:
* Legal Tech exposure
* Prior technical role
* Change management experience
