We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be working full-time, 42 hours a week, on 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, and every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Heathers.
Cygnet Heathers is a 20-bed service providing neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative rehabilitation for men with mental health difficulties and acquired brain injury. Our focus is on creating an environment that engages our service users and sets the tone for recovery. The facility is designed to support neurobehavioral rehabilitation, helping men manage visual, spatial, and perceptual difficulties.

* An experienced Support Worker with over 6 months of experience with complex care needs.
* Genuinely driven to make a difference in people's lives.
