Salary Range: £41,600 - £50,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage content across platforms.
* Analyze and report social media performance, providing strategic insights.
* Engage with users to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Support digital promotions to drive cross-sell and customer retention.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within insurance or a regulated industry.
* Experience managing social media strategies, understanding organic vs paid growth.
* Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices.
* Ability to report on social media performance with clear KPIs.
* Experience managing relationships with external agencies and internal teams.
