About the role:
As a Supervisor at New Look, you will work alongside your Store Manager to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your role is to ensure they receive the highest level of service, encouraging them to return. You will inspire your team to help customers look good and express themselves through the latest fashion, anytime and anywhere. This will be achieved by setting high standards and leading your team to deliver excellent results.

You are passionate about providing excellent service and creating a relaxed, friendly, customer-focused environment. You are eager to develop yourself and seek innovative ways to improve your performance through tailored development plans via our Online Academy and support from your Store Manager.
Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results through your team is essential.
