Main duties: To consistently deliver exceptional customer service and sales support while establishing long-lasting relationships. The Role: - To work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional pre and post-sales assistance, guaranteeing the best experience for customers. - To ensure accurate processing of customer orders, and to act as the primary point of contact. - To ensure timely delivery of client orders, resolving issues and keeping customers informed. - To engage with clients to collect feedback, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions. - To work closely with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing for smooth functioning of the organization. - To keep a record of all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and timely. - To carry out any additional tasks that may be needed occasionally.
