The Role:
Regional Sales Manager
* An excellent opportunity to join a progressive business selling turnkey solutions of capital equipment used in operating theatres, critical care areas, and healthcare facilities.
* This is a growing market.
* Covering London and South Thames, working autonomously in the field, networking with architects, contractors, and designers.
* Mix of self-generated leads and following up on incoming inquiries.
* Using a dedicated CRM system.

The Ideal Person:
* Experience in selling solutions involving construction, design, and space planning, ideally related to healthcare but not mandatory.
* Experience with building systems such as Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Lifts, etc.
* Background in capital sales, including NHS projects, is desirable.
* Driven, motivated, and eager to succeed with a hunger to earn.
* Full product training provided.
* Ability to influence sales and build relationships with decision-makers.
* Proactive, optimistic sales person willing to work hard to identify and close sales opportunities.
