Stores Person Temp to Perm
Location: Lymington
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 08:00 16:00 (flexibility required)
About the Role
Our client based in Lymington is seeking a reliable and motivated Stores Operative to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or stores experience who is looking for long-term, stable employment within a global manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, checking, and booking in goods
Picking, packing, and issuing materials to production
Operating FLT (Reach and Counterbalance) safely and efficiently
Updating stock movements using SAP or similar systems
Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out stock checks
Ensuring the stores area is kept clean, organised, and safe
Following all health & safety and company procedures
Supporting production and logistics teams as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment
FLT licence Reach and Counterbalance (essential)
SAP experience (preferred)
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Flexible approach to working hours when required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
