What You’ll Do
* Provide tailored support to learners with additional needs (learning difficulties, disabilities, mental health challenges)
* Work closely with teaching staff and support teams
* Help learners build independence, confidence, and study skills
* Promote an inclusive learning environment

Essential Criteria
* Experience supporting individuals with additional learning needs in education or care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing learner needs
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare
* Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to work towards)
