Job Title: Credit Controller
Our client is seeking a Credit Controller to join their accounts team based in Norwich City Centre, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities include:
1. Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email, and letters.
2. Reducing debtor days and agreeing repayment plans.
3. Creating new client files and supporting documentation for legal proceedings when necessary.
Requirements:
* Previous credit control experience preferred.
* Confident and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
This role is ideal for a confident individual with experience in a similar environment and excellent customer service skills.
