You would be responsible for the origination and execution of a variety of transactions within our clients London office, including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings, specials situations and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include: Financial Modelling Valuation Analysis Transaction Support Due Diligence Industry & Market Research Client Presentations & Interaction Collaboration with senior bankers, legal advisors, and restructuring professionals Over the past few years, Eaton Recruitment has successfully partnered with leading restructuring boutiques across the UK & US.
