We are currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary school settings. These roles offer excellent flexibility, with immediate starts available as well as opportunities for those seeking a later or more flexible start date.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning within the classroom. Responsibilities may include:
* Providing in-class support to teachers to help deliver engaging and effective lessons
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to support academic progress
* Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties (where applicable)
* Encouraging positive behaviour, inclusion, and engagement
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and developmental needs
Roles are available on a full-time, part-time, or flexible supply basis, making this an ideal opportunity for those seeking work-life balance or varied experience across different school environments.

Requirements:
* A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Previous experience working in a primary or secondary school classroom
* A valid DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel
* A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people
