Please be aware candidates must meet the criteria below
1. MPharm or equivalent or pending
2. Registered (or eligible to be) as a Pharmacist in the UK with the GPhC
Eligibility for relocation costs can be discussed should you be required to relocate if you live more than 40 miles from the Trust and are already a resident in the UK
This role requires GPhC Registration.
Base Locations: Cross site at Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital

Qualifications
Essential criteria
3. MPharm or equivalent or pending
4. Registered (or eligible to be) as a Pharmacist in the UK with the GPhC
Experience
Essential criteria
5. Delivering responsibilities and objectives to time in previous posts
6. Evidence of continuing professional development
Desirable criteria
7. Previous hospital experience post qualification or at pre-registration trainee pharmacist level
Technical skills
Essential criteria
8. Demonstrated ability to work methodically and accurately under pressure
9. Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to meet deadlines
10. Evidence of involvement in clinical audit
11. Ability to analyse problems and to develop practical and workable solutions to address them
Other
Essential criteria
12. Good oral and written communication skills
13. A constructive member of the team, able to maintain good working relationships with colleagues
14. Evidence of ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
15. Ability to assist in training other staff
Knowledge
Essential criteria
16. Knowledge of and ability to apply all aspects of regulatory legislation and guidelines
17. Good clinical knowledge of current therapeutics and pharmacy practice
18. Demonstrated awareness of patient safety issues
Desirable criteria
19. Evidence of delivering lectures, workshops and formal presentations
20. Clear understanding of the boundaries around delegated authority, responsibility and accountability
