About Paragon Studio
Paragon Studio designs and supplies precision-engineered, design-led fitness equipment for the world's most discerning spaces — private residences, boutique hotels, and superyachts. Founded by Edward Thomas, whose work spans over 75% of the world's top 100 largest yachts, Paragon delivered more than £2m in equipment sales in its first year of trading and has established partnerships with Harrods, Soho House, and Vogue.
We work with leading interior designers, architects, hotel groups, and luxury homeowners who expect a buying experience that matches the products they are purchasing.
The Opportunity
This is a commercially focused, relationship-driven sales role at the heart of Paragon's growth. You will own the full inbound sales cycle — from qualified lead through to invoiced sale — working with some of the most respected names in luxury interiors, hospitality, and high-end residential design.
You will be the primary commercial relationship for our studio-based and trade enquiries: conducting discovery calls, leading showroom visits, developing concepts with our CAD team, and closing deals that reflect Paragon's positioning. This is not a volume role. It is a quality role — one that demands commercial instinct, design literacy, and the ability to operate at a senior level with clients who know exactly what they want.
What You Will Own
Pipeline & Conversion
* Manage all qualified inbound leads passed from the Junior BDR and Founder
* Manage the conversion of all inbound Meta leads generated from the marketing team
* Own the commercial relationship from first contact through to signed invoice
* Conduct discovery calls and showroom visits that are thorough, well-prepared, and brand-appropriate
* Maintain a pipeline at 3–5x monthly revenue target; raise outbound activity if coverage falls below threshold
Quoting & Closing
* Produce accurate, detailed quotes in collaboration with the CAD and Operations teams
* Scope projects across materials, layout, accessories, and bespoke items
* Set clear expectations on timelines, pricing, and lead times — no surprises
* Close sales efficiently and manage the invoicing handover to Operations
Client Experience
* Deliver a buying experience that reflects the standard of the product — informed, elegant, and attentive
* Manage showroom visits end to end: preparation, presentation, follow-through
* Check in on clients throughout the process to keep strong relationships and secure future business
* Conduct post-installation check-ins to protect the relationship
CRM & Commercial Discipline
* Maintain complete, accurate records in Podio/Zigaflow at every stage
* Update the Sales Dashboard weekly; including forecasting
* Work closely with the Junior BDR on lead quality, segmentation, and pipeline hygiene
* Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and content aligned to live pipeline needs
How Success Is Measured
Metric
* Quote-to-Invoice Conversion
The percentage of qualified opportunities that close as invoiced sales
* Value of Sales Closed
Total invoiced revenue against target of £1.5m per annum
* Sales Cycle Time
Average time from qualified lead to invoice
* Pipeline Coverage
Maintained at 3–5x monthly revenue target at all times
* Client Experience
Post-sale satisfaction; snagging resolution; repeat and referral rate
What We Are Looking For
Experience
* 3–5 years in a B2B or luxury B2C sales role — ideally in interior design, luxury goods, hospitality, or high-end interiors
* Demonstrable track record of owning a full sales cycle from qualification to close
* Experience managing and nurturing high-value client relationships over long project timelines
* Comfortable working with architects, interior designers, and senior hospitality decision-makers
Skills & Attributes
* Commercially sharp — you understand pipeline math, cycle time, and conversion rates, and you manage to them
* Design-literate — you can discuss space, materiality, and product with conviction; you don't need to be a designer, but you need to speak the language
* Fast, professional communicator — you understand that response speed is a conversion lever at this end of the market
* CRM disciplined — you keep records current and accurate without being asked twice
* Calm under pressure and confident in front of senior clients in a premium showroom environment
* A genuine interest in wellness, fitness, design, or luxury goods — this is not a background requirement, but it matters to how you show up
The Team
You will work alongside the Junior BDR (outbound qualification), the Associate Director of Sales (large and strategic projects), and the General Manager, with direct collaboration with our CAD, Operations, and Marketing functions. The Founder, Ed Thomas, remains actively involved in VIP relationships and flagship projects.
