Having responsibility for the day-to-day management of the reserving review for transactions, you will deliver high quality assessments of reserve margin, drawing on large, diverse datasets and information.
In addition, you will have the ability to predict the financial impact of deals and be comfortable in explaining the broader impacts by reporting to the wider M&A Transaction team alongside management.
An expert with many reserving methods within a practical setting, the successful candidate will be able to juggle several complex projects at any given time.
For this reason, you must have a demonstrable track record of meeting tight deadlines.
