Full-Time | Long-Term Contract | September 2025 Start
SENDhelp is working in partnership with a high-performing all-through SEN school in Hounslow to appoint multiple SEN Teachers for a September 2025 start. The school is seeking confident, qualified teachers across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Art, and Humanities.
This is an ideal opportunity for experienced SEN Teachers or for qualified mainstream teachers looking to transition into a specialist setting within Hounslow.
About The Role - SEN Teacher, Hounslow
As a SEN Teacher in Hounslow, you will:
* Plan and deliver well-differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of your pupils
* Support students with a wide range of learning needs including ASD, MLD, SEMH, SLD, and PMLD
* Contribute to the development and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress
* Work closely with Learning Support Assistants, therapists, and school leaders to deliver a consistent and structured learning experience
Requirements
To be considered for this SEN Teacher position in Hounslow, you must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Prior experience supporting pupils with special educational needs (either in SEN or mainstream settings)
* Strong subject knowledge in at least one area: Maths, English, Science, Art, or other core subjects
* A collaborative, flexible approach to teaching
* Two professional references from recent UK-based teaching roles
