Telecommunication Rooftop Team Leader Location: Rochdale (with UK-wide travel) Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Recruiter: TAY Recruitment About the Role TAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our client, a leading provider of telecom rooftop installations. You will manage the delivery of rooftop 5G sites and other telecom projects. Please note: this role requires travel approximately 75% of the time. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and deliver telecom rooftop site projects to specification and schedule. * Interpret and work from technical drawings. * Manage a site team of 2–4 operatives. * Liaise with Project Management and Stores teams to ensure smooth operations. * Identify and propose solutions to on-site issues. * Drive performance to meet project timelines. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and CDM regulations. * Maintain accurate daily and weekly site documentation. * Monitor and control site costs effectively. * Motivate and lead the team to achieve project goals.
