We’re Together Financial Services. For 50 years we’ve helped people and businesses realise their ambitions with common sense lending.

We're Together, proud to be a Financial Services success story based in Cheadle (South Manchester) established for over 50 years. Our team is continuing to grow, and we are delighted to have won the 2023 Investors in People (IIP) Award for Best Employer (Silver category 250+ employees), and Best newcomer award in 2024.

Lending year-in, year-out for over 50 years’ we've grown into one of the finance industry's best-kept secrets. We started life as one man, giving one loan, but these days, we're a much larger team helping thousands of customers, and have a loan book topping £7 billion.

We offer a range of mortgage and secured loan products, to all sorts of people and businesses. Meaning they can move in, move up, get on, or get started. We provide lots of different types of funding - Residential mortgages; Commercial mortgages; Secured loans; Buy-to-let mortgages; Bridging loans; Auction finance.

Borrowing money in this day and age isn't always straight forward and there can be many hurdles in the way. This is because more of us are self-employed, work several jobs, or are turning our hobbies into income to make ends meet. More of us live or invest in traditionally ‘hard-to-mortgage’ properties. And more of us have less-than-perfect credit. But many of us have the same hopes and aspirations as always. And we know this, because we share them with you.

While some lenders struggle to cope with this brave new world, we’ve always used our common sense, and taken a pragmatic look at real lives. We work with home buyers, business owners, downsizers, and doer-uppers. We work with property developers, investors, and landlords. And we enjoy established relationships with mortgage brokers, auction houses, and those in the professional sector – including solicitors, accountants, and architects.

We are looking for high calibre graduates to join us in September 2025. The 2 year programme is designed to help you gain a holistic understanding of our business and provide you with an exceptional grounding in real estate, finance, and financial services as well as help develop you in your chosen discipline / department. You will have the opportunity to learn across a diverse team that is innovative and dynamic. Not only that you will have the opportunity to take ownership and individual responsibility for the end to end delivery of projects, and be empowered to deliver real change.

The sustainability strategy complements our overall purpose and vision and gives us a clear direction for the future, focusing on four key pillars:

Our Colleagues, Our Customers, Our Communities and Our Planet; all underpinned by strong governance.

Throughout our history we have applied a common sense approach to everything we do and our Sustainability Strategy is no different. It’s common sense that we change the way we operate our business to protect the future of the planet, that we support our communities to thrive, enable our customers to live more energy efficiently and have a diverse and inclusive workforce.
