Your responsibilities
* Ensure all food is collected from hot pass immediately once ready and carried into the Restaurant on the butler trays
* Ensure all condiments that are accompanying side orders are set up on trays
* Ensure all mis-en-place is prepared in line with operational requirements and departmental standards
* Ensure that the Restaurant mise en place is always clean, polished and stored in the correct manner to avoid any breakages
* To support the the Waiter/Waitresses to ensure a smooth running of service
* You must be available to work on weekends
