We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand and Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. You will work as part of our Brand and Content team, responsible for translating the brand's vision, mission, and values into compelling, customer-focused copy that fuels our multi-channel campaigns.
You should be a creative individual with excellent copywriting skills, capable of developing messaging that is on-brand and resonates with our audiences. You will also optimize content for channels including web, email, and social media as part of a year-round engagement strategy.
Role Responsibilities:
* Create copy and content supporting campaign requirements, ensuring they are on brand, customer-focused, and benefit-led. Use this content-first approach to ensure consistent messaging across all channels including email, social, web, and paid media.
* Develop and deliver assets to support campaign activities, working independently (using tools like Canva) or with designers, ensuring all assets are on brand and increase customer engagement.
* Lead partnership marketing activities, including media, sponsors, and speakers, ensuring activities are tracked and executed on time and to quality standards.
* Maintain and update website content, collaborating with the team and web support to enhance user experience and increase engagement.
* Manage social media channels, planning around key milestones, maximizing in-house content, and achieving growth aligned with KPIs.
* Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in executing marketing activities and delivering business outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, managing multiple projects with excellent communication skills.
* Proven success in running segmented campaigns.
* Strong copywriting skills, producing customer-focused, benefit-led creative copy.
* Experience with marketing technologies and content marketing's role in brand building and engagement.
* Understanding of email segmentation and automation.
* Experience working with stakeholders in a matrix environment.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with B2B events is a bonus but not required.
* A self-starter who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

* Location: Hybrid (remote and in-office) at Oxford, Botley Road.
* Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week.
