Overview
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to join one of Chelsea's most established design studios and make your mark across a portfolio of extraordinary projects. You will lead and manage projects across a luxury portfolio alongside the Directors. Along with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive:
* 1 WFH day per week
* 1 fully remote week per year (can be abroad)

Responsibilities
* Design & Concept Development — Create compelling design concepts, presentations and mood boards that reflect the client's vision and the studio's refined aesthetic.
* Project Leadership — Manage the full design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of creativity and precision.
* Client Relationships — Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, presenting concepts and ideas confidently and professionally.
* Team Mentorship — Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and maintaining a culture of excellence within the team.
* Technical Delivery — Oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
* Supplier Coordination — Source and specify exceptional FF&E, finishes and materials, maintaining trusted supplier and artisan relationships.
* Budget & Programme Management — Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope.
* Site Reviews — Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring every project maintains the studio's design integrity and quality standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Extensive experience in high-end residential or luxury hospitality design.
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Expertise in FF&E, space planning, and concept development.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* A solid understanding of construction methods and detailing.
* Confident in leading presentations and guiding teams.
