Are you passionate about gymnastics, child development, and leading a fun, energetic team?
Balance & Beam is looking for an inspiring Head Coach & Programme Director & to lead their exciting children's recreational gymnastics programmes for ages 4 months to 12 years
Job Description
* Plan, deliver, and review engaging gymnastics and child development sessions
* Lead by example, coaching children, supporting parents, and mentoring your coaching team
* Develop and manage lesson plans using the RISE coaching portal
* Ensure sessions are fun, safe, and tailored to each age group
* Manage, train, and inspire your team of senior, assistant, and junior coaches
* Oversee health, safety, and safeguarding across all programmes
* Communicate clearly with parents and staff, keeping progress records up to date
Qualifications
* Strong experience in children's gymnastics coaching and programme design
* Relevant qualification in Sports Science, Coaching, or Physical Education (or equivalent)
* BG Gymnastics coaching award (minimum Level 2 or equivalent)
* Valid First Aid and Safeguarding training
* Enhanced DBS check required
