What you’ll do:
✔ Prepare competitive tenders and manage project risks
✔ Coordinate estimating resources and support team development
✔ Build strong supply chain relationships and explore value engineering
✔ Use ConQuest software to deliver accurate pricing
What we’re looking for:
✔ Degree/HNC in Building Studies (MCIOB/MRICS desirable)
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in estimating or surveying
✔ Strong commercial and construction knowledge
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
