Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve technical issues, provide hardware/software troubleshooting
* Assist in maintaining internal systems and applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of systems
* Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal systems to support operational needs
* Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates related to reporting and user support
* Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
* Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review
* Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices
* Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes
* Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, testing BCP/DRC and rollouts
* Contribute ideas and feedback during project planning and implementation
* Assist in technical documentation and updating of IT SOPs
* Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives
* Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices
* Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor/Management
Requirements
* Experience in IT business analysis, solution development, and testing
* Possess good service attitude, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
* Self-driven with the ability to manage multiples tasks/projects
