Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Credit is one of the world’s largest and most experienced alternative credit investing platforms, with approximately $100bn of assets under management and 160 investment professionals across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. GS Private Credit covers investment grade, direct lending, opportunistic, and structured investments across debt and equity.
Goldman Sachs Alternatives Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the business unit COO team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Driving global initiatives to streamline processes and support business development
* Facilitating the internal Credit Investment Committee process and deal allocation
* Coordinating communication between external clients and deal teams regarding investment offerings
* Producing and distributing marketing materials and business-critical presentations
* Managing recurring reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders
* Participating in campus/lateral recruiting and managing resource allocation to align with business strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 2-4 years of relevant work experience
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-directed, analytical, and able to form independent judgments
* Effective at building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
* Discreet with confidential information
* High integrity and sound judgment
