About the Role
Our client UTC Travel – a fast-growing, innovative player in the employee benefits and travel space is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale their B2B sales efforts. This hybrid role (Leeds-based office) offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial growth of a disruptive brand transforming how employers reward their teams.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CEO and offers both strategic and tactical scope – from refining go-to-market strategy to closing major partnerships and growing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and evolve the B2B sales strategy across SME and enterprise segments
2. Manage and grow both inbound and outbound sales teams
3. Build and nurture partnerships with HR leaders, benefit platforms, and industry brokers
4. Own commercial forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM best practices
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success
