Role Description
This is a hybrid, full-time role located in the Greater Cardiff Area for a People Development and Education Lead. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating education and training programs, fostering organisational development, and leading workforce capability initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous learning strategies, and ensuring alignment of educational practices with organisational goals. The role also involves mentoring and supporting staff development to elevate performance and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
Experience in organisational development, workforce capability planning, and strategic education initiatives
Skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and learning resources
Strong leadership abilities, mentoring expertise, and team collaboration skills
Proficiency in communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Knowledge of healthcare systems and familiarity with NHS practices is a plus
Masters degree in education, organisational development, or a related field is required
Commitment to fostering a positive learning culture and supporting staff growth
Project management experience is beneficial
