Senior Product Manager – AI for Brain Surgery (UK-Based | Hybrid)

The Role:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the reins from our current postholder (who is relocating after 6 successful years). This role is central to our product's development lifecycle and regulatory path, working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead agile rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
* Coordinate product development with engineering and clinical stakeholders
* Ensure MDR compliance and lead Class IIb up-classification
* Oversee documentation and readiness for 2025 FDA clearance
* Align product roadmaps with user needs and strategic priorities
You’ll Thrive If You:
* Have 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in MedTech or regulated industries)
* Are confident leading multidisciplinary teams
* Understand medical device regulations (MDR, FDA pathways)
* Enjoy working in fast-paced, high-impact environment
