You are a strategic and visionary retail leader with a passion for crafting premium customer experiences in the physical retail space. With a sharp eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of how to bring a brand to life in the real world, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building exceptional teams.
Global Retail Expansion:Spearhead Oner Active’s physical retail strategy, from concept to execution, with a focus on scalability and brand impact.
Store Launch Execution:Oversee the end-to-end process of launching new stores, from initial planning through to grand opening, ensuring excellence at every stage.
Project Management:Lead external agencies and contractors including architects and build teams, managing timelines, budgets, and execution with precision.
Retail Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and inspire in-store teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Sales & Performance:Set KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimise operations to drive profitability and elevate the in-store customer journey.
Partner with brand, operations, and product teams to ensure each store reflects Oner Active’s identity and community values.
A minimum of10 years of experienceleading retail teams and executing store openings at scale.
Demonstrated success managinglarge-scale retail budgetsand staying on time and under cost.
Strong project management skills and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
A network oftrusted real estate agents, contractors, and premium design firms.
Expertise across all areas ofretail operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience.
High proficiency inExcel, Word, and PowerPointfor strategic planning and reporting.
A sharp strategic mind with the ability to align retail initiatives with broader business goals.
Agenuine passion for fitness or active living, with a deep understanding of the performance-driven consumer.
A flair forpremium brand expressionand sensitivity to visual storytelling and in-store design.
A strong point of view onleading retail conceptsand immersive in-store experiences.
