Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical Market Intelligence Analyst to deliver clear, data-led insights that support strategic and investment decisions. You’ll help analyse market trends, customer demographics and sector developments across education, working closely with senior leaders to shape organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research into market trends, segments and demographics.
* Collect, organise and analyse data on competitors, market size and sector changes.
* Produce concise market reports and insights for senior leadership.
* Work with Finance, BI and Strategy teams to develop actionable insights.
* Maintain and update dashboards and market intelligence databases.
* Assist with primary research, including survey analysis.
* Support key projects with data gathering and analysis.
Experience and Skills
Essential
* Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
* Experience in market research, insights or analysis.
* Ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
* Strong understanding of market sizing and segmentation.
* Experience producing clear insights for senior stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage priorities.
Desirable
* Experience analysing primary research data.
* Familiarity with BI or dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI).
* Strong Excel skills and confidence with modelling.
* Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, Italian, Arabic).
