Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care.
* Manage a small caseload, ensuring focused and effective intervention.
* Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery.
* Build upon the team's success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review.
* Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating.
Qualifications
