I’m currently working with a growing insurer that’s looking to hire a Number Two for their Capital team.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Head of Capital and take on a broad, hands-on role, helping to shape and develop the function as the business continues to grow.
The role will include managing two direct reports, so prior management experience is preferred. You’ll also be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business so excellent communication skills are required.
Previous experience in the Lloyd’s market exposure is essential, and experience with Remetrica is desirable.
The ideal candidate is someone with a proactive, growth-focused mindset who’s keen to step into more responsibility.
The role offers up to £140,000 and is open to candidates who require sponsorship.
