The position requires a minimum of 2+ years working within a media agency environment and preferably with gaming industry knowledge. We need an enthusiastic and proactive candidate who is accustomed to the pressures and quick turnarounds of key account handling across all media. The candidate should showcase specific skills and experience relating to digital buying and planning and must demonstrate a proficient level of knowledge in this discipline.
Experience in managing social media campaigns, and familiarity with insight tools such as TGI, Comscore, YouGov, etc., would be beneficial, as would implementation and optimization within digital self-service platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, etc.).
Due to the nature of our agency and business, the candidate must have good communication skills, be able to multi-task to an exceptional level, possess good organizational skills, and understand that a high level of service to our clients is expected. An additional benefit would be experience in the entertainment industries and/or a passion for entertainment, especially gaming.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Develop a strong relationship with clients built on expertise, confidence, trust, enthusiasm, and reliability of their business.
Ensure all campaigns are managed and executed to an exceptional standard.
Assist the senior team on campaign planning and buying across the games portfolio.
General Work: Day-to-day communication of updates and maintenance to both clients and agency departments involved in products.
Managing delivery of live campaigns and coordinating with internal departments.
Anticipate milestones and requirements on live campaigns to ensure both client and agency departments are prepared in advance.
Reactively adapt plans when circumstances change (release dates, budgets) and brief accordingly.
Ensure all standard client requirements are delivered correctly and on time (contact reports, monthly competitive reviews, online status reports).
Manage product lifecycle from media briefing to media strategy, planning, and implementation.
Client Service: Regular presence at clients’ offices to sustain an elevated level of client service and partnership.
Attend kick-off meetings with all marketing agencies and clients.
Work with the senior team to produce strategy and planning bespoke to each international territory.
Work with the senior team to present market, competitive, and post-campaign analysis.
Provide general updates with the UK Marketing, Digital, and brand departments to ensure plans meet all requirements and service expectations.
Research and organize media workshops with client marketing departments.
Ensure weekly updates of agency work are communicated clearly and concisely.
Assist in coordinating creative delivery.
Occasional international travel for client meetings and attendance at games industry events.
Agency responsibilities: Ensure communication within Havas Entertainment is standard practice to keep strategy and planning dynamic, generate original ideas, and enhance the company's profile in the gaming sector.
Attend regular game team update meetings to share plans, experience, and discuss potential improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Games Digital team to deliver social media and content strategies.
Serve as the point of contact for each main social media platform representative.

Office hours are 9.15 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
25 days holiday per annum.
4 days mental health allowance.
Full training will be provided after evaluating the skill set.
Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office per week.
